At Woluxe™, we facilitate returns, exchanges, and refunds within a 30-day window from the date of item delivery. Regrettably, beyond this duration, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for the purchased item.

Returns and Exchanges To initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to send the item back to our warehouse (the address will be provided at the commencement of the process).

The refund or dispatch of a replacement item will occur after a thorough inspection of the returned item to ensure it remains undamaged.

Refunds In cases where items are damaged, leading to a request for a refund or exchange, these matters will be promptly addressed at no extra charge and without the necessity of returning the item.
