Once we locate a watch that meets your specifications and you agree to the price, a refundable or applied deposit is required to secure the piece and ship it to our facility for physical verification.

If a watch sourced from our network reveals undisclosed damage, aftermarket parts, mechanical defects, or authenticity issues during our hands-on evaluation, we immediately reject it. We will either source an superior alternative or return your deposit instantly.
