1. Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding official U.S. federal holidays. Delivery windows depend on inventory status:

• In-Stock Inventory: Orders placed for items marked as available for immediate purchase are inspected, packaged, and shipped the same business day (or next business day if ordered after hours).
• Price on Request / Special Order Items: Timepieces sourced specifically from our international supplier network to fulfill your order will ship within 2 to 5 business days from the order date.

2. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Diagnostics

Before any watch leaves our facility, it undergoes a multi-stage verification protocol:

• Listing Verification: The watch, presentation box, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories are pulled and audited directly against the original website listing to confirm 100% accuracy.
• Horological Testing: Our master watchmakers run the timepiece through diagnostic equipment to re-verify cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, power reserve performance, and water resistance (where applicable).

3. Secure Shipment & Carrier Handling

Once testing is complete, your watch is securely packaged and dispatched via top-tier express couriers (FedEx or UPS):

• 100% Fully Insured: Every shipment is backed by private third-party transit insurance for its complete replacement value.
• Signature Required: For your security, all shipments strictly require an adult signature upon delivery or pick-up at an authorized carrier facility. Packages will not be left unattended on doorsteps.
• Address Verification: Orders ship directly to the confirmed billing address on file to prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Sales Tax Obligations

Wo Luxe complies with state and federal tax laws. Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on the final shipping destination, including legally required sales tax on shipping and handling fees for taxable orders shipped to Utah state addresses.
